These terms govern access to and use of the Aviapros platform. This is a plain-language summary provided as a starting point and is not a substitute for the executed agreement covering your account.
Using the service
Access is granted to your organisation for its own operational use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records your team enters and for keeping account credentials secure.
Your data
Operational records you enter remain yours. We process them to provide the service, and we do not sell them or use them to build profiles for third parties.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and publish incidents affecting the platform. Specific uptime commitments, where they apply, are set out in your agreement.
Fees and billing
Fees are billed per station on the interval you select. Changes to your plan take effect from the next billing period unless agreed otherwise.
Ending the agreement
You may end your subscription at the close of the current term. On termination you can export your records, and we will delete remaining data within the agreed window.
