What we collect
Account details for the people you invite, the operational records your team creates, and technical logs needed to run and secure the platform.
Why we process it
To provide the service, to keep an accurate audit trail, to notify people about work assigned to them, and to meet legal obligations.
Who can see it
Access is scoped to your scheme and its outlets, and further restricted by the roles you configure. Secure share links expose only the single event they were issued for, and they expire.
Retention
Operational and audit records are retained for the period configured on your account. Enterprise agreements can set custom retention windows.
Your rights
Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Contact us and we will handle it with the customer whose account holds the record.
